I Have A 8 Year Daughter, Her Brain Is 9yrs

I have a 8 year daughter, her brain is 9yrs old, and her body is 8 yrs old. How would a doctor remove the last age cell from her body? The doctor been searching the brain and body for weeks with camera and surgery she was 19 before any of this, just that very last one they been at for weeks. Please help
