I Have A 9 Mm Kidney Stone In My Right

I have a 9 mm kidney stone in my right kidney. No pain or discomfort - found in an ultrasound of the abdomen - and now had a urine culture because I developed a yeast infection. I am diabetic on invokana and janumet. Urine culture says positive to e- coli and enterococcus >100 x E6 cfu/L. What's next? And how should I deal with the kidney stone?
