I Have A 9 Year Old That Ran Into Another

I have a 9 year old that ran into another child's head pretty hard. She was crying for several minutes and about 15 minutes later a bump started to appear at the site of the injury. 1 1/2 hours later she had a somewhat severe nosebleed from both nostrils. how concerned should i be and should she be seen?
