I Have A 93 Yr Old Friend, Who Recently Visited

I have a 93 yr old friend, who recently visited a new DR. After her Primary care retired. She is now Levothyroxine and lisinopril and seems to have become more confused in the last three weeks. Could either of these medications cause confusion? She has also awakened at night with severe dreams and has acted out her dreams, by pulling phone cords out of the wall and knocking things around to protect herself. She was sent to the ER the 1st time, but they could find no reason for the problems. Your thoughts? Joyce
