I Have A 9yr Old Son Who Is Extremely Emotional.

I have a 9yr old son who is extremely emotional. He cries easily and gets frustrated when trying to do homework or something he struggles with. He has poor social skills, finds it hard to fit in at school, is clumsy- always falling over his own feet, has had compacted bowel for 4 years which GP has been treating with laxatives but does not seem to help. Someone suggested he has Aspergers as he was very similar to their nephew. How do I find out?
