I Have A Bumble Bee Sting And Several Other Small

I have a Bumble Bee Sting and several other small bug bites that have itched like crazy, and I am currently using Gold Bond Intensive Healing and Vinegar and Ice Water to relieve the pain. Is this effective enough?
