I Have A Charley Horse In My Neck And It

I have a Charley horse in my neck and it hurts really bad. How can I get rid of it? I'm 14 by the way. If I move in the slightest bit my neck and right shoulder muscles tense and hurt extremely bad. Some gory so bad I start to cry. How can I make it stop!?
