I Have A Grandson Who Played Football And Over A

I have a Grandson who played football and over a year ago started to shake his head (like a guy with long hair would do to throw his hair back) from side to side. He indicates that his neck "knots" up to a point that if you feel his shoulders you can feel the knots and when massaged it does relax them. We have had him to physical therapy, chiropractors, neorolgist, muscle specialist who have given him CAT scans, MRI, etc. yet he shakes his head, twist his neck (trying to crack his neck) and nothing has helped. Not sure if it's Toticollis or something else. His father has had surgury on his head and neck for tumors which have caused him to loose some sight. This kid is only 18 years old and I want to take him to someone who can HELP him so he don't have to go through life this way. There are time is does it a few times but other time he just shake it repeatly and looks like hes going crazy. He may have gotten a stinger (?) during football, but he doesn't remember for sure. Can you direct us where to take him to put an end to his delima. He looks like he's having a fit and it will be hard for him to meet and be accepted by individuals in life. We need to know where to take him. U Michigan, Clev Clinic, Henry Ford or some place near Toledo Ohio. Any help you can give us would be appreciated. Thank You. His Grandpa
