I Have A Greenfield Filter Placed In Stomach Area In

I have a Greenfield filter placed in stomach area in 2010. Dr's have never checked on this since installed. I have been having solid pain in the upper center to right side of my stomach. Feels like my stomach is tearing area is sensitive to touch. I am overweight but this area is swollen and has a lump. Also, I have about 5 quarter to golf ball size knots from the upper right side to bottom of my stomach. This pain is also causing heartburn and pressure.
