I Have A Jr. High Friend, That Has On And

I have a Jr. High friend, that has on and off high fever, and also doesn't want to eat (at all). Doctors are not able to pin point his problem. He doesn't have symtoms like aching joints, headache, nausea tired weakness etc. Doctors don't know or not able to find out his problem
