I Have A Medtronic Pain Pump. I Was Up To

I have a Medtronic Pain pump. I was up to 4mg/ml morphene every 24hrs. I was not receiving the pain relief the pain dr was expecting. He has now changed the med for my pump to hydromorphone. How much of the new meds will it take to equal the 4mg/ml of hydromorphone. I know everyone is different. I’m just asking for an educated guess.
