I Have A Right Hydrosalpinx. I Have Had Pain Since

I have a Right Hydrosalpinx. I have had pain since 9/6/16. I was wanting to wait til after Thanksgiving to go get something done, preferably the rest of my partial hysterectomy. Today I bent over the wrong way to pick something up off the floor before I vacuumed and I had "pinched" it when bent over. I am still hurting after a couple hours.
