I Have A Sister Thats 48 And Whenit Gets Cold

I have a Sister thats 48 and whenit gets cold she has to go in and take a hot bath to try and warm herself up l have seen her teeth chatter shes so cold what can his be the Doc gave her pills but thry set her on fire so that doesn't work she has to wear two pair of evething when she's has to go out with its not much help help please.
