I Have A Sore, Scratchy Throat. Swollen To The Point

I have a Sore, scratchy throat. Swollen to the point where I can barely eat. My nose is 95% stopped up, if I move too fast I get dizzy and fall my eyes are really heavy it's comfortable to keep them closed but I can't because all the congestion. What is wrong with me should I go to the doctors as soon as possible?
