I Have A Tarlov Cyst At L5-S1. I Am Having

I have a Tarlov cyst at L5-S1. I am having hard time making Drs believe the excruciating pain that I suffer daily. I have studied and found it's not common for this diagnosis to cause great pain because the cyst are usually found in thoracic region. I have been suffering with this for several years. I have been told if the cyst was in thoracic region could be operable. Im torn because I've been to 2 different neurosurgeons and one says he would do the surgery and the other one says to never do that kind of surgery because of being involved with the central nervous system. What do you suggest??
