I have a Ti plate in my foot holding the bone (I forget the name of the bone) that creates the arch in the foot. I’m curious about two things. 1) how flexible is the Ti 2) if I get into another car accident with my foot on the brake, will the plate and screws actually cause even more damage to my foot
