I Have A Weiss Ring In Both My Eyes After

I have a Weiss ring in both my eyes after cataract surgery. My Dr says he would not recommend YAG or any of he current surgeries that are available because there has not been any medical research done on these proceedures. Is there a diet I can be on that will help these be reabsorbed or go away?
