I Have A Acidity And Gastritis Problem From The Last

I have a acidity and gastritis problem from the last 7 years. My stomach feels stretching to outside. When I eat small sweets, After few minutes, I feel that my stomach is more than full and I cannot eat a food thereafter up to 1 to 2 hours. Some times Mostly I feel that if I get belch, then I will get relief but no belch come. If it comes, then it is very small. Sometime what happens I keep waiting for my stomach to become normal, but it doesn't become normal at last I feel hungry. when I sleep I have to sit many times to take belch in night. Kindly suggest the problems and their solutions.
