I Have A Adopted Son Who Will Turn 3 In

I have a adopted son who will turn 3 in March, he has reoccurring infections, most are respiratory and sinus. We have looked at Immune issues and drawn IG although he seem within normal or just elevated IgE and he has milk, peanut and environmental allergies. What else should we look for, he is on antibiotics monthly
