I Have A Anal Growth That Is Painful And Tender.

I have a anal growth that is painful and tender. It bothers me when I sit down, I hurts when I go to the bathroom and when I wipe it bleeds a little. It is about the size of a small sunflower seed and the shape of one too. Please help? Should I be worried? Or is it just some sort of clot ish type thing?
