I Have A Appoitment Tomorrow For A Biobsy At 345

I have a appoitment tomorrow for a Biobsy at 345 pm . I started passing blood clotts at grocery store around 10 am today I have been taking it easy today since I got home, I was told I have 2 large Fibroids,is there anything other then keeping my feet up today I should be doing?
