I Have A Baby Of 6 Months,after His Delivery I

I have a baby of 6 months,after his delivery i didnt get periods bt from about one month m having periods that r not Stopping. My gyno gave me diane 35. M also having white yougart like discharge most often. N also having itching in anal part n outer lining of vagina. Why it is so???plz recommend me.
