I Have A Back Problem I Have Hump Sticking Out

I have a back problem I have hump sticking out of my spine its hurts really bad constantly. When I breathe I feel a sharp pain in my left lung. The back pain feels like its on fire and the area around is swollen and red. I'm afraid it might require surgery that I know I don't have the money for that. Should I seek immediate medical attention or should I deal until I can go to a specialist. Thanks for the help of you can.
