I Have A Bacterial Infection In The Colon And It's

I have a bacterial infection in the colon and it's been going on for years, crohns has been suggested due to colonoscopies, but the constant diarrea ismiserable, and the meds don't seem to rid me of infection. Could this be clostridium diff? What are the syptoms of CD? I may have been going to the same doctor too long and something is overlooked. Now they say I have H pilori on top of it and won't treat me with antibiotics to cure that because of the loose bowl??? What to do
