I Have A Bad Cold And My Nose Is So

I have a bad cold and my nose is so stuffed up. I am on metformin, metoprolol, lisinopril, levothyroxine, and pravastatin. If I take a medicine that has aacetometifin, guaifenesin, or phenylephrine in them, will they be ok to take with all my prescription drugs I am on?
