I Have A Bad Gall Bladder That Will Be Removed

I have a bad gall bladder that will be removed in a month, but my symptoms (nausea, pain, chills) have gotten so severe that I cannot leave the bed except for trips to the bathroom. I cannot stand it. I cannot sleep. I haven’t been able to eat in a day. What can I do? I cannot bear this. The management medicine I have been given does not work. If I went to the emergency room, could they perform surgery earlier?
