I Have A, "bartholin's Gland Cyst". I Was Given Two

I have a, "bartholin's gland cyst". I was given two antibiotics, "sulfamethoxazole-tmp" and "metronidazole-500mg". Do I, or can I, take them at the same time? I'm to take them before my Pre-op appointment in the next week. Hoping no infection takes place before then. Early in the next month they are being removed.
