I Have A Bicuspid Aorta, I've Seen A Cardiologist And

I have a bicuspid aorta, I've seen a cardiologist and had an echo and ECG,I'm waiting for an appointment for a transesophgeal echo to see if my valve is leaking as I have a very loud murmur, I've been having chest tightness daily, I'm not sure if I'm just noticing it more because the doctor mentioned surgery and I'm worried, also a metallic taste in my mouth for about an hour a day in the evenings the last two days, if I'm bending down and I stand up I sometimes get dizziness for 20 seconds or so, should I be seeing my GP or just wait to see the cardiologist again?
