I Have A Bicuspid Aortic Valve Although The Murmur Is

I have a bicuspid aortic valve although the murmur is not pronounced and I get episodes of PVCs. I'm 66 years old and an avid bike racer performing at the top of my age group. At my annual wellness check I had an EKG done in case there was any Afib or Aflutter. This was negative but the GP said the spike on the graph was abnormally high. My blood pressure at the time was 110/70 and pulse 54. Athletic heart or something else?
