I Have A Big Red Spot On Right Palm That

I have a big red spot on right palm that feels like it was a mild burn. I didnt burn it. Been sick for 4 days with bad head cold & a a burning cough. Was prescribed a Z Pack antibiotics and cough syrup with codeine. Is spot related to that? What is spot?
