I Have A Big Swollen Red Bump That Is Tender

I have a big swollen red bump that is tender to the touch even when walking and if you feel it, it's almost like you can feel a ball inside the bump. What can I do to cure it?? I'm in a lot of pain and there is no puncture hole and it's not leaking anything.
