I Have A Bizzare Issue. Severe Pain/spasm In My Lower

I have a bizzare issue. Severe pain/spasm in my lower right abdomen area right after an intense orgasm. No other discomfort or pain at all. The spasm is very short.. only a minute or so but it feels like im gonna die when it happens. Its intermittent, only happens on a particularly good/intense orgasm... happened maybe 6 times over last 4 years. Its so bad that I fear to have a good orgasm because the pain is so intense. What the heck is wrong with me....?
