I Have A Black Area Looks Like Splatter Of Black

I have a black area looks like splatter of black paint in lymph node area above breast toward arm area. Could this be just a shadow or could it indicate a more invasive problem like cancer? Looking for what it might be not a diagnosis hate surprises.d
