I Have A Black Eye Under My Left Eye. No

I have a black eye under my left eye. No trauma. I had the same thing under my right eye and it's upper lid last week. It's a bit tender but not really noticeable. I'm on Acyclovir and prednisone drops for a virus in my eye for many months. Is the black eye thing nothing? It's small and very pronounced.
