I Have A Bladder Sling, And Occasionly Have Urinary Infection.

I have a bladder sling, and occasionly have urinary infection. I am currenly on cipro, I also have to take eye vitamins for wet macro degeneration. I have a very foul smell to my urine, could this be my vitamins. I recently had shots in my hip which I am sure it was a steriod.
