I Have A Blister Like Rash, About An 1/8 In

I have a blister like rash, about an 1/8 in size with some swelling. I have mild itching associated with these. I have two in front by my waistline and 1 in back just below my waistline. I am not sure of the cause, or even what it is for that matter. Any suggestions?
Oh, God, another scam online!!! Pay, you must be kidding. Very misleading and underhanded. Guess i have to file a formal complaint.
