I Have A Blockage In My Ureter Doctor Could Not

I have a blockage in my ureter doctor could not get a stent in and does not know what to do. I have the left kidney working 30% because it is smaller then right which works at 70% and is the one with blockage. Hope you have answers for me. Thank you Phyllis
