I Have A Blocked Ear (feels Fluid Filled) And Think

I have a blocked ear (feels fluid filled) and think might be coming down with cold. Recently flew back to uk from US. Found lump in my neck tonight...same side as blocked ear just below the jaw line by my ear...am worried but hoping it is likely to be linked to the blocked ear and symptom of cold or possibly hay fever.
