I Have A Blocked Ear. There Was A Tube Put

I have a blocked ear. there was a tube put in about 10 years ago, the tube is still there, seeming to cause blockage, if not a cause then a contributing factor. Ear has been tender and feeling full for a few months, hearing loss started last week. I cannot use typical wax removal because of the tube...what to do?
