I Have A Blocked Feeling In My Right Ear And

I have a blocked feeling in my right ear and sometimes it sounds as if there is a whooshing or blood flowing through, especially when I lay down. No pain. Worse when I lay on my stomach. I have had a cold for couple weeks and still slightly congested but not terribly. What could this be?
