I Have A Blood Filled Bump Near My Pubic Area.

I have a blood filled bump near my pubic area. It is actually located right above my underwear line, I usually wear hipster style undergarments. I read somewhere online that it could be an infection from shaving pubic hair but it is no where near my pubic hair and I do not shave either. There is some pain around the bump. What should I do?
