I Have A Boil, Located On The Bottom Buttocks Near

I have a boil, located on the bottom buttocks near vagina. Been taking extreme hot baths, and applying heating pads on it. Its been starting to burn really bad, can barely have anything touch it. Its all red and bubbly and peeling too. Ive recently had a barthilon cyst and a staph done within a week. I dont want to go back because pain. Anything I can do at home?
