I Have A Boil On The Back Of My Café,it's

I have a boil on the back of my café,it's been there a week.I can feel hardness around it.The head I opened a week ago.Now several more small boils have come up around it.Should I start soaking in the bath tube?
It is very red and bruised about a inch and a quarter in size.
