I Have A Bone Island On My Right Knee. Very

I have a bone island on my right knee. Very bad pain, but Dr said there is no reason for surgery, nor future check ups on this. I disagree with her. I think I should have future check ups on this, in the event it turns to cancer. I also think pain medicine should be prescribed. What is your thoughts on this
