I Have A Brain Tumor That We Just Been Watching

I have a brain tumor that we just been watching now my pain is more worse n I no when I yawn sometimes I got to put my finger in mouth for it to close then it shuts quickly like to bit my finger off pain in head right side not just hurting head but the jaw bone n ear bone hurt. wit it wat can I do
