I Have A Breaking Out On My Face Around My

I have a breaking out on my face around my mouth and chin. The skin is red and raised and looks like it could have pus pockets but does not. What can be causing it? I'm 75 years old and take the following medicines - Metformin, citalopram, atenolol, acyclovir, amlodipine besylate, propranolol, bupropion HCL, pravastatin, & Lisinopril. I cannot seem to get it cleared up. I was told it is adult acne, but nothing seems to cure it. Please tell me what could be causing it. Thank you.
