I Have A Bridge On The Right Upper Side (3

I have a bridge on the right upper side (3 teeth) I think it's connected to a crown. I've only had this bridge for about 8 months. I've been having some dull pain in my gums in this area off and on for about 2 months but I've also been having so sinus drainage. Could this be the cause of the pain?
