I Have A Bruise Like Mark On My Right Ring

I have a bruise like mark on my right ring finger just below the fingernail. It does not hurt nor feel numb at all. It just looks dark brown and occasionally there will be some tiny red spots on it. It has been there for a few months. It has gotten bigger by spreading towards my hand.
