I Have A Bruise-like Sharp Pain In Left Hip Right

I have a bruise-like sharp pain in left hip right above the bone (like 1/2" - 1" above the bone) I started having these stabbing pains in my LRQ and now I feel it in my left side also. What is going on? It feels bloated, and when I touch it, it doesn't hurt but it will slightly after I release pressure. I can feel something is wrong.

Symptoms:
Gurgling/pulsating stomach after meals
No appetite / Nausea
Excessive burping
Itchy palms, wrists, and bottom of feet
Constant urinating
Painful intercourse- in pain up to 24-48 hrs afterwards
Bloated - ALWAYS feeling full
Pain in back right shoulder
Unexplained weight loss
Bad acne (I had ideal facial skin, which is no more)
Constipation / AND diarrhea, sometimes in the same day within hours of each other
Lower back pain
