I Have A Bruise On My Lower Leg That I

I have a bruise on my lower leg that I got when I tripped and launched on the concrete floor of the garage Both knees got slammed into the floor. That was a thanksgiving time. the right leg now I s indented
and dark color. This pain and burning started a week ago.It is quite painful and it puzzles me, thank you
